1912 Indian Eagle. MS-63 (NGC).
Vivid orange-apricot color with a tinge of warm rose iridescence evident as the surfaces rotate under a light. Lustrous and satiny with a sharp strike to boot. The mintage of 405,000 pieces produced enough 1912 eagles for collectors today in most grades, but if an example in higher Mint State grades is required, there certainly are not many to go around.
PCGS# 8871. NGC ID: 28GW.
