An attractive front artist's rendition that while undated looks like it dates to perhaps the 1920s to 1940s. French text only. This piece is drawn on Reeves Commercial Art Board, and even though the National Portrait Gallery website has an extensive document with various boards of this company (founded in the 18th century), it does not help to further date this piece. Still, the first we have seen, and unlike anything ever issued by the Banque National de Belgique.
