Copy 1779 Anthony Wayne Assault on Stony Point Medal. Reverse Shell. After Betts-565, Adams-Bentley 5. Brass. About Uncirculated.
52 mm. 7.27 grams. Attractive antique brassy-gold with a tinge of pale olive. There are no sizeable marks, and some faint hairlines hardly detract. Overall definition is sharp and close to Mint State. After the original die, as evidence by the lack of space between the XV and JUL in the exergue.
