This is an interesting item, as PMG labels it 146Ce but it seems to be a hybrid of 146Ce and 146Cg as our understanding is that 146Ce not supposed to have Chinese signatures. While 146Cg is supposed to have the Chinese signatures, but the place name should be Tsinan/Shantung, not Tsingtau/Shantung. It's possible the Chinese characters exist on both types as a variety, but the Pick Book is unclear, stating Chinese signatures only on 146Cg. PMG Comments "Pinholes."
