MALAYSIA. Bank Negara Malaysia. 5 Ringgit, ND (1981-83). P-14br. KNB20. Remainder. PMG Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ.
Deemed a remainder by PMG although that appears to be a bit of a misnomer as the printer's annotations indicate this really is a proof used to get the bank's approval prior to final production. Regardless, it is seen here in fantastic grade, and is tied for finest in the PMG population format for this format. PMG Comments "Printer's Annotations."
