M.M.S. Gubbay signature. A lovely example of this scarce type from India that includes a small paper's makers notch on the upper right as often seen on this issue. This example with even circulation and a good visual appearance. PMG Comments "Paper Maker's Notch, Spindle Hole at Issue."
