CHINA--MISCELLANEOUS. Commercial House Matsuura. 1 Ruble, ND (1919). P-Unlisted. Stuck Digit Error. PMG Very Fine 25.
Harbin, serial numbers A000557. Brown, a private issue scrip which was for use during the Japanese occupation of Siberia. Theses notes are seen with Cyrillic text and also a signature seal at lower right. Pleasing inks at the borders with black central details. Back with ornate guilloche border with Chinese and English counters at corners. PMG comments "Annotations."

1919年松浦商業大廈壹盧布。編號數字錯誤。
哈爾濱地名，編號A000557。棕色，私人發行，用於日佔時期的西伯利亞。西里爾字母印刷，右下可見簽名印章。邊框油墨怡人，中央細節呈黑色。背面有華麗網紋點綴邊框，中英雙語銀碼位於四角。PMG備註“筆註”。
