Obverse: Gilt dragons with red enamel flames on yellow enamel background; Reverse: Blank, yellow enamel with suspension loop. A beautiful and alluring famine relief medal, with all the gilding and enamelling yet present, giving this piece a tremendous eye appeal. A wonderful representative for the collector of RARE and historically interesting Chinese medals.
