CHINA. Fengtien. 7 Mace 2 Candareens (Dollar), CD (1903). Fengtien Mint. Kuang-hsu (Guangxu). NGC AU-58.
L&M-482; K-251; KM-Y-92.1; WS-0597. Variety with the correct Manchu script. Offering some rather stunning and provocative coloring across both sides, this elegant, nearly-uncirculated crown from a popular mint offers a strong and bold strike, with iridescence abounding throughout. Hues of electrified cobalt, seafoam green, goldenrod, and burnt sienna present a tremendous palette that certainly engages and transfixes one's gaze. A colossal specimen that should no doubt generate intense interest and elite enthusiasm.
