A fairly rare set from the Bureau of Engraving & Printing that is scarcely offered. This set contains 12 $2 Federal Reserve Star Notes with one note from each district. The notes in this lot were issued under the Series of 1995 and feature the Withrow - Rubin signature combination. Some moisture damage can be encountered upon the individual notes along the margins. Complete with original binder and COA.
