111.4 grains. The counterstamp is for Portsmouth, New Hampshire silversmith Samuel Drowne, II (1749-1815), and is known on silverware. An example of this mark is pictured on page 142 in the 1980 reference Marks of American Silversmiths in the Ineson-Bissell Collection by Louise Conway Belden.
