Perhaps the quintessential example of this scarce type from Saudi Arabia, this is the sole finest in the PCGS population report. This variety with Ali - Rahman signature combination. This type has always been rather scarce in Gem Uncirculated condition and better and is much more difficult to find than the lower denominations of this important series. As can be expected for a note at this grade level it comes with near perfect centering, no signs of handling, sharp corners and exceptional eye appeal. As mentioned this is the only example graded by PCGS in 68 PPQ; PMG has graded none above 67 EPQ for this Pick number. An important opportunity for the Middle Eastern specialist.
