Lovely Color Trial Specimen from the second series of Oman. These notes were never made available to collectors and as a result are very scarce (and popular) in the marketplace today. A fairly muted but appealing color scheme is seen on this example, which also features a single punch hole cancellation and red "SPECIMEN" overprint. Not often seen in this format.
