Problem free uncirculated example of this popular type from Madagascar. Fresh paper and good eye appeal is seen on this example. This type is generally seen with light foxing whenever it is encountered in better grades, preventing the "EPQ" designation from the grading service. This example, however, does feature fully original paper with no problems except for the light staining which was the result of the tropical climate of Madagascar.
