Back printer's model for a 25 Piastres as produced by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. While PMG gives a rather wide range for when this was made, the appearance of this printer's model seems to suggest a production date in the 1950s, perhaps in preparation of what would eventually become the 1952 "Tutankhamun" issue. The first we have seen and a lovely design, with a sphinx at center flanked by two counters and executed in an appealing color scheme. Surely of interest to advanced collectors of Egypt. Well preserved.
