IRAN. Safavid Dynasty. 1/2 Mitqal, ND (AH 930-938 [1523-1532]). Tahmasp I. NGC EF-45.
A-2591 (RR). Weight: 2.03 gms. A nice example of the early 1/2 Mithqal type, with the date and mint cut off flan. Limitedly circulated, and still quite presentable.
