EXTREMELY RARE with probably no more than three or four in private collections, this Half Speciedaler displays a wholesome steely brilliance with some deepening of the tone around the legends. The surface display on light handling and the wear is limited to the high elements of the design. A splendid example that is certainly worthy of all the praise that can be heaped upon it.
