Lot of (2). Fr. 1602. 1928B $1 Silver Certificates. PMG Choice Very Fine 35 to Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.
A pair of blue seals from the I-B block rounds out this lot. PMG comments, "Minor Stains" on the lightly circulated note while the Choice Uncirculated 63 note has been awarded PMG's qualifier for "Exceptional Paper Quality."
