1787 Connecticut Copper. Miller 29.1-a.2, W-3145. Rarity-6. Draped Bust Left. AG-3 (PCGS).
102.3 grains. Struck about 25% off center and clearly well circulated nonetheless, or carried for a long time as a curiosity due to the dramatic production error. Light golden brown over what remains of the design while the recesses are more darkly patinated allowing for decent visibility of the design despite the low grade.
