BOLIVIA. Cob 8 Reales, 1710-P Y. Potosi Mint. Philip V. NGC Fine Details--Salt Water Damage.
KM-30; Cal-1546. Weight: 22.13 gms. Despite the high grade of wear and erosion from its time submerged at the ocean's floor, this recovered specimen still offers a clear date, and stands as a charming representative from a popular shipwreck. Includes the Certificate of Authenticity issued by the individuals behind the recovery of the Whydah, as artifact number 24011 and dated 15 June 1996. The coin, however, is misdescribed as an 8 Real ( sic ) from Mexico.
