Grove-1102. Mexican Coins commemorative series. Mintage: 100. Diameter: 38mm. Weight: 41.47 gms. Coins on medals series I # 1. 4 Reales of Charles & Johanna (Carlos & Juana) presented in a textured and frosted manner on obverse and reverse, respectively, with information pertaining to the Society and the design's time in use surrounding. One of just three observed in the PCGS census, this RARE type from the early years of the commemorative coins series presents intense contrast between fields and devices.
