Very Rare Zacatecas Assayers
MEXICO. Peso, 1901-Zs AZ. Zacatecas Mint. PCGS AU-55.
KM-409.3. Though some very light wear is noted across the higher points of this almond-toned crown, it stands as a staggering RARITY on account of its seldom seen combination of assayers' initials. Much more commonly encountered as FZ, it offers a tremendous chance at a KEY to the series, with the present specimen standing as the only such instance of the type in the PCGS census.
