COLOMBIA. Cob 2 Escudos, 170X (1701-09). Bogota Mint. Philip V (in the name of Charles II). PCGS MS-63.
Fr-4A; KM-14.2; cf. Cal-242 (for type); Restrepo-M79. Weight: 6.69 gms. Posthumously in the name of Charles II. Transposed Lions and Castles. Despite the final digit of the date being obscured due to the typical irregularities of the strike, this Choice survivor presents a very clear third digit (0) with a partial of the last digit, and radiates with exceptional boldness and vibrancy.
