COLOMBIA. Cob 8 Reales, ND (1627-32)-NR P. Santa Fe de Nuevo Reino (Bogota) Mint. Philip IV. PCGS VF-35.
KM-3.3; Cal-1539; Restrepo-M44.6. Weight: 26.09 gms. A beautifully presented cob showcasing clearly the mintmark, assayer, and denomination straddling the central shield. The king's ordinal appears along the rim, and the castles and lions are well-defined with limited flatness. Only light circulation is detected on the surfaces along with a pleasing dark charcoal tone. A RARE find in this handsome corrosion-free state.
