This example is among a number of exceptional compatriots from the Atlanta district that defied the calculus that often befell most survivors of this rare type produced for only the briefest period. Held back from a higher grade solely on account of a corner fold that just barely crosses into the design; one may rightfully wince at this regrettable occurrence, but yet this note aptly demonstrates how a 58 EPQ can often surpass a Choice Uncirculated piece in terms of eye appeal.
