Maz-101 (R3); Guilloteau-178. Plain edge. By A. Dupré. Weight: 25.86 gms. Another VERY RARE specimen striking that lacks a mintmark, this near-Gem glistens with radiant brilliance and a sharp strike, all while brassy-yellow hues dominate throughout.
From the Richard Margolis Collection (acquired from the Farouk Collection in March 1954). Ex: Palace Collections of Egypt [King Farouk] (Sotheby's - 3/1954) Lot # 2173 (part of).
