Fr-159; KM-C-178; Bit-57 (R2). Mintage: 2,784. The finest of just three Mint State examples of the date across both services, and bearing the extremely appropriate prooflike designation as well, it is rather easy to state this is likely the most superlative representative of the date-- and the denomination in general --that one is ever going to encounter, given its intense brilliance radiating from the fields. The devices, especially the imperial double eagle, offer some enchanting frosting imparted unto them, which combines exceedingly well with the fields to form a dazzling cameo effect.
