As the sole finest certified by either NGC or PCGS, it offers unparalleled boldness of strike with an exquisite frosty finish. Radiant luster shines through the rosy charcoal tone. A touch of weakness can be identified on the peripheries, but the coin was clearly struck with fresh dies that yielded exceptionally fine detail.
