Surpassed in the PMG population report by just a single finer example, this is a fantastic Proof of this short-lived institution. Fully printed including counterfoil at left. The only time we have offered this Pick number in the past was lot 30064 in the Rosenman collection. This example is slightly different thanks to the addition of a small "CANCELLED" stamp at lower right. With better eye-appeal than the technical grade would suggest, and a tremendous opportunity for the South American collector to acquire a note from the second ABNC series produced for this short-lived bank.
