MEXICO. Banco de Oaxaca. 5 Pesos, ND (1903-07). P-S371s. M447s. Specimen. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
An appealing design is seen on this scarce specimen from the Banco de Oaxaca. The initial denomination of the one and only series of banknotes issued by the bank, which were printed by the American Bank Note Company. The bank was founded in 1902 and merged with the Banco Oriental de Mexico in 1909. PMG Comments "Staple Holes."
