Coyne - Towers signature combination. Tied for finest in the PMG population report with a trio of others, this is a wonderful example of the coveted devil's face variety. Not often found with such precise centering, this would have perhaps earned an even higher grade if the registration was just a tad better. Still, an important opportunity for the collector putting together the finest set of this important issue.
