As indicated by the PMG Population Report, this banknote is the sole finest graded example, with bold colors featuring a couple and woman's head watermark on the obverse, and an ox cart on the reverse. Printed in France on thin French banknote paper that is susceptible to handling, often limiting the grades of uncirculated notes. A very difficult type in any grade but especially so at this grade level.
