Printed by Waterlow & Sons LTD., London. Three poc's with red specimen overprint. An awesome piece of history for WWII collectors and Norway paper money collectors. This 1942 dated note varies drastically from the 1944 issued type. The series of 1942 was never issued in Norway, as liberation from Nazi Germany did not happen until 1945. The border is comprised of purple & blue ink, whilst the undertint is olive green. Brown design at center consisting of "10" counter and arms. The design on the reverse is in light brown ink. Rare, and bested by only 1 example. PMG Comments "Minor Rust."
