Aesthetically similar to the obsolete notes issued prior to Canadian Confederation, this notes features a portrait of a young woman at left along with a female allegorical figure at right, a set of arms assumes a commanding position at the center of this note. A circular cameo of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert sits between a pair of denomination counters printed in a bright shade of orange on the back. PMG comments "Stain."
