Parker, and this example is by far the finest certified by NGC with none designated mint state on the PCGS census. Well struck with lustrous surfaces that display an attractive smokey golden-grey tone that highlight the cartwheel effect. The tops of the devices exhibit deeper shades of grey with somewhat of an orange hue. A terrific example sure to see spirited bidding.
