Black, on light pink and green, three quarter profile of Zaizhen, Prince Qing, who was the Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce at the time. Reverse red on green and light orange, facing dragons at upper centre. A popular Qing era note. PMG Comments "Split Repair".
