A pleasing example representing a better district and variety, this note displays only light circulation and retains strong eye appeal. A small tear is nonetheless present just below the bottom right denomination counter hence the comment from PMG denoting "Small Tear," but nonetheless fails to detract much from the appearance of the note itself.
