1911 Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle. MS-64 (PCGS). CAC.
Rich orange-gold luster on the obverse and reverse, with a bold strike and clean surfaces. A strong loupe is needed to find minor scuffs and nicks. Mintage of 197,250 pieces, most of which were melted generations ago. Scarce at this lofty grade level, this would be a choice addition to an advanced double eagle collection.
PCGS# 9157. NGC ID: 26FJ.
