1877-S Trade Dollar. MS-63+ (PCGS). CAC.
Razor sharp in strike with full satin luster, this lightly toned example is seemingly earmarked for inclusion in a Choice type set. One of the most common trade dollars in an absolute sense, the 1877-S holds the series record with 9,519,000 coins struck. Even so, eye appealing and original Uncirculated survivors, as here, are scarce, especially relative to the demand for such pieces from today's quality conscious collectors. A lovely coin with CAC approval that is sure to sell for a strong bid.
