1887/6-O Morgan Silver Dollar. VAM-3. Top 100 Variety. MS-64 (PCGS). CAC. OGH.

Great color is presented on this conditionally challenging variety. Blushes of bold red and magenta are viewed between a palette of emerald, yellow, and violet. The final overdate silver dollar from the New Orleans Mint, the 1887/6-O was not discovered until 1972. Mint State survivors are scarce by the standards of the Morgan series, and Gems are so rare as to be virtually noncollectable. A fleeting bidding opportunity not to be missed.
