A Gem example of this two year only type. Sharply struck and lustrous, both sides have a delicate russet-olive tone. The obverse shows a nearly circular depression in the lower left obverse field by star 13 and Liberty's foot, where something came between the die and the planchet creating the struck through area noted by NGC.
