A visually appealing example of this Delta County institution that possesses bold signatures, deep embossing, and superb color. Wide margins are seen on all sides but especially along the top border. This "A" plate position note has retained its complete selvage with all of the different markings that one sees at the top of Third Charter sheets. PMG notes "Staple Holes" but they seem to do little to affect the visual appeal of this handsome note.
