The bank was organized in 1852 and moved to Cuba, NY in 1853. The bank remained in business until suspending in 1857, probably thanks to the Panic of 1857. The main vignette is a woman with child with men harvesting wheat in the background. Matched cameo profile counters are also seen. The note is printed on India paper mounted on cardstock with the usual small POCs in the signature lines.
