1787 Fugio Cent. Pointed Rays. Newman 12-M, W-6800. Rarity-3. STATES UNITED, 4 Cinquefoils. VF-35 BN (NGC).

Nice golden-brown surfaces with detail a bit soft in isolated peripheral areas, although the overall design is bold and fully appreciable. A few inoffensive flan flaws at lower left obverse are as struck, a nick at left reverse is the only post-production blemish of note. Later die state with faint, yet discernible clash marks on the reverse.
