213.2 grains. Darker gray peripheral toning frames reflective brilliant silver gray centers. A light golden tone is seen at a certain angle on both sides. Sharp and appealing with excellent eye appeal despite light hairlines on both sides. A few little marks are seen, including a vertical abrasion beneath JVNCTAE. An extremely popular Betts number from a short but highly collectible series of medals celebrating the Dutch-American relationship at the end of the American Revolution, a key historical moment that saw John Adams' greatest era of leadership and diplomacy.
