A 1900 dated note that has seen much wear. Appears to be Series I. Printed on sturdy paper by TCM. Republican arms and two flags at top center. Green (?) undertint and red protector across. Red back with corner “10” counters. Uncertified. Splits, backed with strips in an “X” from behind. Very soiled. Folded edges, but only a little paper loss. Upper corners with scotch tape. May be closer to Good. Fair.
