This note is numbered 748 and fully countersigned on the back for issue. Blue tint and back with oval vignette of wheat at the center. Deceptive $125 catalog value in EF; the Ruth Hill note was better, but sold for $1,233 in 2014. Uncertified. Some handling on an essentially “New” note. Choice Extremely Fine.
