A second 1975 10 Pesos replacement note using the circled star and with a serial shift error. Without segmented security thread. Serial 00142583 with circle star at bottom center. The upper right “4” is shifted downward making this interesting and scarcer. The MWR catalog value is $175 in AU. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
