Grove-29a; Fonr-6911. By V. Medina F. Uniformed bust of Iturbide facing right, legend around; Reverse: Three line inscription with date below, crown above and floral adornments around. RARE in this state of preservation. Slightly uneven strike displaying bold crisp details throughout most of the design with minor weakness in Iturbide's hair and crown on the reverse. A lovely example with attractive mottled grey tone highlighted with glimmers of blue that pop out when tilted in the light.
