"NERO CAESAR AVGVSTVS" Bearded and laureate head of Nero facing right; Reverse: "AVGVSTVS AVGVSTA" Nero at left facing left, radiate and togate, extending patera in right hand, holding scepter in left, Empress Poppaea at right facing right, veiled and draped, extending patera in right hand, holding cornucopiae in left. Some gouges on the reverse to the right of the empress, minor graffito on the obverse in front of Nero's bust. Commemorates the marriage of Nero and Poppaea Sabina in A.D. 62.
